Mycook FR Promo Codes for October 2026

Smooth experience, helpful customer service

I purchased the Mycook Touch a few weeks ago. The ordering process on their site was straightforward. I had a question about the warranty, so I used their online chat support, and the agent was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly. The Mycook arrived about 5 days later. It's a solid machine, very sturdy. The recipe book they include is a nice touch, but the app has even more options. The only small thing was that the tracking update stopped for a day, which made me a bit nervous, but it showed up fine.

Fast shipping, good product

I ordered the Mycook Touch Black Edition. It arrived quickly, well-packaged. Set up was easy. The robot works great, just as expected. Happy with this purchase.

Decent, but a few small issues

I bought a Mycook Touch, mainly for the smart features. It arrived okay, took about a week. The machine itself is pretty good, cooks things well, and the Wi-Fi connected easily. I've been using it for a few weeks now. The app is mostly fine, but sometimes it's a bit clunky to navigate through recipes. Also, I wish the included accessories were a bit more comprehensive; I had to buy the steamer basket separately. It's a decent product, but not perfect.

Good cooking robot, delivery a bit slow

I got the Mycook Touch Black Edition during a flash sale. The robot itself is impressive, the induction heating works really well, and the integrated scale is super handy. I've tried a few recipes from the app, and they've all turned out great. However, delivery took about 6 days to reach me in Marseille, which felt a little long compared to other online stores. The packaging was secure though, and nothing was damaged. Overall, good value for the price, just factor in a bit of extra time for shipping.

Repeat customer, still satisfied

This was my third purchase from Mycook FR. I bought the Mycook One this time, mainly for a smaller kitchen space. Just like my previous Mycook Touch, the quality is consistent. It arrived in about 4 days to Lyon, which is standard for them. Their website is easy to navigate, and I appreciate that the app integration is similar across models. It's why I keep coming back.

Love my new Mycook Touch!

Oh my gosh, I just got the Mycook Touch and it's fantastic! I made a soup recipe from the app last night and it came out perfect. The guided cooking is such a game changer. It makes cooking so much more fun and less stressful. I will definitely be buying more accessories soon, and I've already told my sister she needs one!
